We did it! We made it through another year. For some of us, 2016 was a banner year. For others, it was wrought with difficulties. Most likely, it was both.

One thing is for certain. None of us managed to get through it without a few regrets. (If you did, we would all love to hear from you!)

But no matter what mistakes you may have made in 2016, they’re behind you now. They don’t define who you are. They’re a part of the process of becoming who you can be.

Don’t let regrets keep you down. Or cause you to give up. God can (and will if you ask) take who you are now and refine you into a beautiful work. Praise God!

Praise our God, all peoples, let the sound of his praise be heard; he has preserved our lives and kept our feet from slipping. For you, God, tested us; you refined us like silver. ~ Psalm 66:8-10
